About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections and evaluations for commercial properties.
- Analyze market trends and property sales data to determine accurate property valuations.
- Prepare appraisal reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local government and property owners to resolve valuation disputes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices in commercial appraisal.
- Utilize appraisal software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual appraisal roll and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Registered Property Appraiser license or Certified General Appraiser license or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property appraisal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in valuation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Proficient in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in appraisal practices.
